RETURNS & REFUNDS

Thanks for purchasing our Kicks and other cool products and being part of the movement! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, therefore we offer free returns and refunds within 14 days after delivery for all our customers.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days after its delivery to you and no later than 30 days after your purchase. The products must be in their original unused condition with all tags and packaging and undamaged in any way.
To return your online purchase, first, request a pre-paid return shipping label here; once approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label from the original shipping address used at the time of purchase; print the label and attach it to your package; drop the package off at a USPS location; that’s it!

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase within 10 business days. Please note that card issuer processing time may vary.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days from your delivery or 30 calendar days have passed from your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please note, currently, we do not cover the shipping costs of international returns. If you wish to return an international order, shipping fees and duties are your responsibility and may apply.
