To start the return of your online purchase, please fill out this form to request a pre-paid return shipping label. Once your return is approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label from the original shipping address used at the time of your purchase. Print the label and attach it to your package. Then, drop the package off at a USPS location; that’s it!
